Core Responsibilities :
This is a leadership sales role. Enterprise team would be handling the 200+ largest clients for Company.
Each EBM would be responsible for a dedicated set of enterprise clients
Each EBM, as a leader in enterprise team, would be expected to develop and manage a revenue book of Rs 400 – 500 cr from 10-15 of these large accounts
Given our ability to completely transform our client’s supply chain, EBM would need to interact with CXOs at client organization and build effective relationship with them
This role would be mix of hunting (new accounts) and farming (existing accounts), where EBM would be required to offer all the Company products to his / her clients
EBM’s would have a team supporting them for day-to-day operation management at each client which could be spread across the country at various client locations
On account of being closest to clients / market, EBMs would be expected to conceptualize, design and lead the development of new products
