Key Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that help achieve assigned sales targets
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Prospect for potential customer acquisition using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking. Also, leverage on the Inside sales team
- Develop and handle a sales book of Rs 100 Cr+ in his / her cluster through hunting new customers
- Work closely with RBM to ensure product mix (Prime, Green and Zoom) is maintained at an optimum level
- Basis customer feedback, provide inputs to RBM and other senior members of the team regarding product innovation
- Resolve any query and improve customer experience
- Lead team of BDMs to drive sales across the cluster
