Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that help achieve assigned sales targets
  2. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  3. Prospect for potential customer acquisition using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking. Also, leverage on the Inside sales team
  4. Develop and handle a sales book of Rs 100 Cr+ in his / her cluster through hunting new customers
  5. Work closely with RBM to ensure product mix (Prime, Green and Zoom) is maintained at an optimum level
  6. Basis customer feedback, provide inputs to RBM and other senior members of the team regarding product innovation
  7. Resolve any query and improve customer experience
  8. Lead team of BDMs to drive sales across the cluster
